1. Use of Service

Voko provides collaborative tools and AI-assisted planning. You must be at least 16 years old to use this service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

2. AI Content Disclaimer

Our service uses Artificial Intelligence to generate plans and suggestions. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. You should always verify important details (like locations, opening hours, or safety info) independently before relying on an AI-generated plan.

3. Collaboration & Invitations

When you invite others to a plan, they will have access to the chat history and plan details. You are responsible for the actions of the people you invite and for ensuring you have their permission to share their contact information (email) with the platform.

4. Payments, Credits & Refunds

Subscriptions: Pro and Premium plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time.
Credits: Digital credits (Top-ups) are non-refundable and have no cash value.
Refunds: Due to the immediate nature of digital credit allocation and AI processing costs, we generally do not offer refunds unless required by law.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the service for any illegal purposes, to upload malicious code, or to harass other users. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Voko is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to travel disruptions, financial loss, or data inaccuracies.
